Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling (if applicable):
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or lead lists.
Introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
Set up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team (if applicable).
Follow scripts where provided, but also adapt to customer responses.
Inbound Calling (if applicable):
Receive incoming calls from customers or potential clients.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department (e.g., sales, technical support, customer service).
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Gather relevant customer information to generate high-quality leads.
Record customer details and conversation outcomes accurately in the CRM system or designated database.
Identify and categorize customer feedback and market intelligence.
Customer Service & Follow-up:
Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, or check on customer satisfaction.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Database Management & Reporting:
Accurately update and maintain customer information and call logs in the system.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead generation, and outcomes.
Adhere to call quality standards and performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates).
Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal team members.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for interacting with the local customer base. Good English proficiency is a plus for understanding training materials or interacting with diverse customers.
