Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients of TheJobsIndia.com may request cancellations and receive refunds for fee-based services offered by Impact HR & KM Solutions.
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all paid services offered on TheJobsIndia.com, including but not limited to:
- Resume Writing
- Domestic Placement
- Overseas Education Counselling
- Executive Recruitment and HR Outsourcing Packages
2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Requests must be submitted via email to impacthrnkms@gmail.com or through the “Contact Us” form on TheJobsIndia.com.
Service-specific conditions:
Resume Writing / Consultation / Advisory Services:
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made within 1 business day of payment.
Placement or Recruitment Packages:
- Cancellations are only accepted before the job placement process has been initiated.
- Once services have begun (e.g., candidate sourcing or job matching), the fee becomes non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The client cancels within the allowable time frame and/or before service milestones have been reached.
- Impact HR & KM Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed services (e.g., failure to present suitable candidates).
Refunds are NOT eligible if:
- The service has been fully delivered (e.g., resume finalized, candidates presented).
- The cancellation occurs after agreed milestones are completed.
- The client has violated any terms (e.g., provided false information or misused the platform).
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Your full name
- Name of the service package
- Date of purchase
- Reason for cancellation
1. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
2. Upon approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Any bank or payment gateway transaction fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. Partial Service Usage & Pro-Rata Refunds
- If a service has already started (e.g., resume drafting or candidate shortlisting), refund eligibility will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- The assessment of completed stages and the applicable refund amount will be at the sole discretion of Impact HR & KM Solutions.
6. No-Show or Client Non-Response
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions, trainings, or interviews without a minimum 24-hour notice may disqualify you from receiving a refund.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical).
7. Dispute Resolution

- If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to appropriate consumer grievance forums as per Indian Consumer Protection Laws.
8. Policy Updates
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
- The latest version will always be available at TheJobsIndia.com.
- Significant changes (e.g., refund rules or deadline modifications) will be notified to existing clients via email.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
1. Send an email to impacthrnkms@gmail.com with your name, service details, and reason for cancellation.
2. Wait for acknowledgment within 2 business days.
3. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, after deducting any applicable fees.
