Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Prospecting:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers from provided databases or lead lists.
Introduce our company, products, and services to potential clients clearly and engagingly.
Lead Generation & Qualification / Appointment Setting:
Identify potential customers' needs and interest in our offerings.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are suitable for further sales engagement.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the field sales team with qualified prospects.
Customer Engagement & Information Provision:
Engage customers in polite, professional, and persuasive conversations.
Provide accurate and concise information about our products, services, features, benefits, and current offers.
Address customer queries, overcome objections, and provide solutions during calls.
Achieving Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, appointments scheduled, or conversions.
Database Management & Reporting:
Accurately record and update customer information, call details, interactions, and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or designated database.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and summaries as required.
Follow-up Activities:
Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to nurture leads, gather additional information, or confirm appointments.
Feedback & Process Improvement:
Gather customer feedback and contribute insights to improve telecalling scripts, processes, and overall customer engagement strategies.
Adhere strictly to communication scripts, quality guidelines, and company policies.
Local Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for effective interaction and building rapport with the local customer base. Basic English proficiency is also required for system operations and general communication.
