We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and selling our [products/services]. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to build rapport, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers from provided leads or databases.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
Product/Service Presentation: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our [products/services] to potential customers.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services, close sales, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging repeat business or referrals.
Objection Handling: Skillfully address customer concerns, objections, and questions with confidence and accurate information.
Record Keeping: Accurately record customer information, sales activities, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve products/services and sales strategies.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and potential customers to move them through the sales pipeline.
