We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive/Telecaller Executive to join our sales team in Nashik. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales and achieve targets by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate telephone calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our [Specify Products/Services].
Understanding Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
Product Presentation: Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our [Specify Products/Services] to customers over the phone.
Handling Objections: Address customer queries and objections professionally and effectively, providing relevant information and solutions.
Closing Sales: Achieve sales targets by successfully closing sales deals over the phone.
Lead Generation (if applicable): Identify and qualify potential leads during the calling process.
Maintaining Call Records: Accurately record details of each call, including customer information, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the designated system.
Following Up on Leads: Make follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest to nurture leads and close sales.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Adhering to Sales Scripts and Processes: Follow pre-defined sales scripts and processes while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
Maintaining Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all customers.
