Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, service, or special offer, often following a predefined script.
Handle Inbound Calls: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Generate Sales/Leads: Persuade customers to purchase or schedule appointments, and convey verbal acceptance of offers to the sales team for closing.
Product Knowledge: Study and remain up-to-date on the details of all company offerings (features, benefits, and pricing).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call logs, sales attempts, and updated contact information in a CRM system or database.
Meet Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with clients, understanding their needs and suggesting suitable solutions.

Experience 1 - 3 Years
Salary 1 Lac To 1 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
