Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly articulate, persuasive, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Nashik. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or receiving inbound calls from interested clients, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling (Lead Generation/Sales):
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or generated leads.
Introduce company products/services clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for sales or appointments.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team or set up appointments for field executives.
Follow up with potential customers as per process.
Inbound Calling (Customer Inquiry/Support - if applicable):
Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about products/services or seeking information.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information, addressing all queries politely and efficiently.
Direct customers to appropriate departments or escalate complex issues when necessary.
Target Achievement:
Work diligently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, lead generation targets, or sales quotas.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system or designated software.
Update customer information and lead status regularly.
Prepare and submit daily call reports to the Team Leader.
Product Knowledge & Communication:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, features, benefits, and pricing.
Stay updated on ongoing promotions and schemes.
Ensure a consistent and professional tone in all communications.
