Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Lead Qualification
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead database/directory lists.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding company services and address primary client questions.
Pitch Gagare Associates' professional offerings clearly and professionally.
Qualify potential leads by understanding their specific needs and requirements.
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule appointments and consultation calls between qualified prospects and senior associates.
Send follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, or official service details to interested leads.
Maintain regular follow-up schedules with pending prospects to convert leads into active clients.
Data Management & Reporting
Record accurate conversation details, lead statuses, and contact information in the CRM / Excel tracker.
Prepare daily and weekly call reports showing total calls made, leads qualified, and appointments fixed.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth handover of client details.
