Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and resilience.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high service levels.
Inventory Management:
Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including forecasting, planning, ordering, storage, and distribution.
Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs, and optimize inventory turns.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Warehouse & Stores Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations of the stores/warehouses, ensuring efficient receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse layout, material handling, and space utilization to maximize efficiency and safety.
Ensure all goods are stored securely, maintaining optimal conditions and preventing damage or loss.
Logistics & Distribution:
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods to and from the warehouse.
Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce transit times and shipping costs.
Manage dispatch schedules and ensure accurate documentation for all shipments.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the supply chain and stores teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support the professional development of team members.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient deployment of personnel.
Reporting & Analysis:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and stores operations.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, logistics costs, operational efficiency, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demands, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all supply chain and stores operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards (e.g., safety, quality, environmental).
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols within the warehouse and during handling of materials.

Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
