Operational Excellence:
Oversee all shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) system management.
Ensure the shop's layout, displays, and visual merchandising are attractive and align with brand standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Sales & Customer Service:
Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and customer service.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, assist with product selection, and ensure their satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
