As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving team performance, fostering a positive sales culture, and ensuring that individual sales efforts align with the company's broader business objectives. This role blends direct sales involvement with leadership responsibilities, requiring both sales acumen and strong people management skills.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Motivation:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
Foster a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and provide ongoing training.
Performance Management & Coaching:
Monitor individual and team sales performance against KPIs and targets.
Provide regular, constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and overcome challenges.
Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training or development plans.
Assist in setting individual sales goals and development objectives for team members.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Help refine sales pitches, product presentations, and negotiation tactics.
Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals, as needed.
Pipeline Management:
Oversee the team's sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective management of leads and opportunities.
Ensure proper utilization and updating of the CRM system by all team members.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Present team performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment of efforts.
Communicate market feedback and customer insights from the team to relevant departments.
Problem Resolution:
Assist team members in resolving complex customer issues or sales challenges.

Experience 6 - 7 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
