Location: Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India (This role is typically office-based).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Back Office cum Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational efficiency in our Ichalkaranji office. This hybrid role involves a blend of administrative tasks, sales coordination, data management, and customer service to facilitate the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous individual with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients [1.3].
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and payment processing [1.1, 1.2].
Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction [1.2, 1.4].
Maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability [1.2].
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by streamlining workflows and providing necessary administrative assistance [1.3, 3.4].
Back Office Operations & Data Management:
Perform data entry, maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation [1.2, 1.3, 4.3].
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock information, coordinating with the warehouse or production team [1.1, 1.2].
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS (Management Information System) reports, and sales performance analysis for management [1.2, 3.4].
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office organization [1.2, 4.3].
Customer Interaction & Service:
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and provide assistance through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp) [1.2].
Provide post-sales support, handle customer returns/exchanges, and address complaints or issues promptly [1.1, 1.2].
Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication [1.3].
Compliance & Process Improvement:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies [1.2].
Identify and suggest improvements in sales workflows and back-office processes to enhance efficiency and productivity [3.4].
