Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Sales
Conduct daily field visits and off-site marketing activities to acquire new retail and commercial customers.
Source and open Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), and Salary Accounts.
Promote and sell term deposits (FD/RD), debit/credit cards, and retail forex solutions.
Cross-sell third-party financial products (life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds/AMFI) based on customer needs.
Lead Generation & CRM Operations
Generate business leads through cold calling, field visits, local networking, and customer referrals.
Maintain regular interactions with existing bank account holders to increase deposit bases and drive additional product penetration.
Log daily sales activities, customer meetings, and pipeline updates into the bank’s CRM system.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to bank onboarding guidelines, KYC/AML compliance, and SEBI/RBI regulatory norms.
Collect and verify original identity, address, and income proof documentation from prospective clients.
Complete mandatory regulatory certifications (AMFI/EUIN, IRDAI) as required for financial product sales within timelines.
