Key Responsibilities
I. Sales Management & Business Development
Achieve Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals (quotas).
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, including managing key accounts and nurturing customer loyalty.
Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients; negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact through to closing deals, utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
II. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
Campaign Management: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Content & Collateral: Collaborate with creative teams (internal or external) to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and digital ads.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and sales communications.
III. Analysis, Reporting, and Budgeting
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of both sales activities and marketing campaigns using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and web analytics.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use sales data and market insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and inform product development.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment (ROI).
