Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent post-sales support.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends.
Provide valuable feedback from the field to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, activity logs, and customer information in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
