Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Effectively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Merchandising & Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store floor, display shelves, and product racks are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Arrange merchandise attractively according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist with receiving new stock, checking inventory, and tagging products.
Report any damaged or defective merchandise to the supervisor.
Cash Handling & Billing:
Operate the cash counter, handle cash, card payments, and mobile transactions accurately.
Ensure proper billing and provide receipts to customers.
Reconcile daily sales and cash reports.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, promotions, and store policies.
Stay updated on new arrivals and popular items.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other sales staff and the store manager to ensure smooth store operations.
Assist colleagues during busy periods or with specific tasks.
