Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; coordinate outgoing couriers and maintain a log of all movement.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry into the company system.
Appointment Scheduling: Maintain the executive calendar and update meeting room schedules to avoid booking conflicts.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
