Key Responsibilities
Site Presentations & Client Engagement
Receive walk-in clients, channel partner leads, and online inquiries at the site sales office.
Pitch residential/commercial project USPs, highlights, amenities, location advantages, and master plans.
Conduct guided site visits, walkthroughs of sample flats/plots, and explain construction progress and structural specifications.
Lead Conversion & Sales Closure
Understand buyer requirements, budget constraints, and financing needs to recommend suitable inventory options.
Handle pricing discussions, payment schedule negotiations, and closing deals under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Follow up systematically with visited prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into bookings.
Booking Documentation & Coordination
Assist buyers with booking documentation, application forms, token receipts, and cost-sheet calculations.
Coordinate with internal CRM, legal, and accounts teams to initiate agreement drafting and demand note schedules.
Facilitate bank home loan processing by connecting buyers with partnered financial institutions and home loan executives.
Market Tracking & Channel Partner Relations
Maintain strong relationships with local real estate brokers, channel partners (CPs), and property consultants.
Gather market intelligence on competitor developments, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes in the Nashik region.
Prepare daily site visit logs, lead status reports, and booking summaries in Excel/CRM systems.
