Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) or programming environments to create detailed blueprints, circuit diagrams, or code architectures.
Technical Analysis: Conducting feasibility studies, stress tests, or simulations to predict how a design will perform under real-world conditions.
Project Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of a project from initial concept through to testing, commissioning, and final hand-over.
Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks in production or system performance and implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency.
Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all designs and operations strictly adhere to local and international standards (e.g., BIS, ISO, or IEEE).
Collaboration: Working closely with the production, quality, and sales teams to ensure the final product meets both technical specifications and customer needs.
