Operational Workflow Management:
Oversee and manage the daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution.
Monitor existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure consistent workflow and quality.
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, logistics, procurement, customer service, IT) to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and time.
Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and facilitating timely procurement as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
Prepare regular operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management, highlighting performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Utilize data insights to support decision-making and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all operational activities comply with internal company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct routine checks and audits to maintain high standards of quality and adherence to procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation for all operational processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and coordinated efforts.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services/products.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.
Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.

Experience 3 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
