We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our daily operations in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and be comfortable working full-time in an office environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing documents to keep the office organized.
- **Communication Handling:** Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
- **Scheduling:** Help coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for smooth operations.
- **Data Entry:** Maintain and update records in company databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- **Supplies Management:** Monitor and order office supplies as needed, making sure that the office is well-stocked and ready for daily activities.
