The Medical Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, along with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and the local market in Nashik.
Responsibilities:
Territory Management (Nashik Focus): Develop and execute effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and achieve sales goals within the Nashik region.
Healthcare Professional Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Nashik through regular visits, presentations, and discussions.
Product Promotion: Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our pharmaceutical products/medical devices, utilizing scientific data and marketing materials.
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the Nashik territory.
