Strategy and Planning
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, target audience segments, and competitor strategies to identify market opportunities.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies (aligned with business goals) that cover digital, content, social media, email, and offline channels.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocate funds across different activities to maximize ROI, and track expenditures meticulously.
II. Campaign Execution and Management
Integrated Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Oversight: Supervise digital marketing efforts, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM/PPC (Search Engine Marketing/Paid Ads), email marketing, and social media marketing.

Content Strategy: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, case studies, videos) that attracts the target audience and supports lead generation.
Brand Management: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring the company's tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging are consistent and positively reflected in all communications.
III. Performance Analysis and Reporting
KPI Tracking: Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns and channels (e.g., website traffic, lead volume, conversion rate, CPA).
Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and gather actionable insights.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, justifying resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
IV. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Team/Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives or coordinate the work of external agencies (creative, media, PR) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and support the sales cycle effectively.
