Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, from market research and brand positioning to digital marketing, traditional advertising, and public relations, with a strong focus on enhancing brand visibility and driving sales in the Nashik market and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to achieve business goals, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity and presence. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, identify market trends, and understand customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, OOH, events, social media, PR) from concept to completion.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website management to drive online engagement and lead generation.
Content Creation: Lead the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, press releases, brochures, and video scripts.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team (if applicable). Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure integrated strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvement.
Agency Management: Liaise with external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR, digital marketing) and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Public Relations & Events: Manage media relations, organize press conferences, and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and local community initiatives.
Local Market Adaptation: Understand and adapt marketing strategies to resonate with the specific cultural and consumer landscape of Nashik and Maharashtra.
