Marketing Executive Job Description
A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans for an organization's products or services. This role is a hands-on position that requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Strategy Implementation: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, social media, content), print, and traditional media, in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Content Creation: Assist in the development of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, website copy, press releases, articles, and presentations.
Event Management: Coordinate and support company participation in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
2. Digital Marketing & Analytics
Social Media Management: Manage and update the companys social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Email Marketing: Design, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) for optimization.
Website Management: Ensure the company website content is up-to-date and conduct basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks to improve organic search rankings.
Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
3. Market Research & Collaboration
Competitor Analysis: Research and monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide them with necessary marketing materials and qualified leads generated through campaigns.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, designers, and printing houses to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing projects.
