Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This is primarily an office-based role).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and data-driven Marketing Backend Executive to provide essential operational and administrative support to our marketing team at our Nashik office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing data, supporting campaign execution, maintaining marketing assets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of backend marketing processes. This role is crucial for optimizing marketing efficiency, enabling effective campaigns, and providing valuable insights through data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, organize, and maintain marketing data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, campaign performance, CRM, social media platforms).
Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics using Excel or reporting tools.
Assist in analyzing marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing platforms and databases.
Campaign Support & Coordination:
Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO).
Schedule and monitor content distribution on social media platforms and websites.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or internal teams for creative assets, content, or technical requirements.
Manage email marketing lists, segment audiences, and schedule email blasts.
Website & Digital Asset Management:
Perform basic updates and maintenance on the company website (e.g., uploading content, product updates, blog posts) using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Organize and manage digital marketing assets such as images, videos, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Ensure all digital assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.
CRM & Lead Management:
Manage and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead routing to the sales team.
Track lead status and conversion rates, providing reports to the marketing and sales teams.
Assist in setting up lead nurturing workflows.
Competitor & Market Research:
Conduct basic research on competitor activities, marketing strategies, and market trends.
Compile and present findings to the marketing team to inform strategic decisions.
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative tasks for the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
Manage invoices and expense reports related to marketing activities.
Maintain marketing budget records.

Experience 1 - 2 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
