Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our employees and infrastructure in our Nashik office. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology environment. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing timely and effective IT support.
Responsibilities:
End-User Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users in Nashik via phone, email, in-person, and remote access, addressing hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common business applications.
Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and VPN access.
System Administration (Basic): Perform basic system administration tasks such as user account management, password resets, and software installations.
IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and backup systems.
Security Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
