Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Management
Project Execution: Take ownership of multiple high-profile projects, ensuring all phases—from initial brief to final installation—are delivered on time and within budget.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare comprehensive project budgets, cost estimates, and detailed schedules. Track all project expenses and negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or roadblocks.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction and installation adhere strictly to design specifications, quality standards, and building codes/regulations.
2. Design & Conceptualization
Client Consultation & Briefing: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to fully understand their goals, needs, budget, and aesthetic vision, translating these requirements into a viable design brief.
Conceptual Design: Develop and present compelling and innovative design concepts, including mood boards, material palettes, 2D drawings, and high-quality 3D renderings/visualizations.
Detailed Design Documentation: Prepare and oversee the creation of comprehensive technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications (FF&E - Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for contractors and trades.
Material Selection & Sourcing: Research, specify, and procure all materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and custom millwork, focusing on quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
