Administrative Oversight: Manage the institute's day-to-day operations, including finance, budgeting, human resources, facilities management, and administrative staff.
Financial Management: Secure funding, manage the institute's budget, and ensure financial sustainability. This may involve fundraising, grant applications, and managing endowments.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary representative of the institute. This involves building and maintaining relationships with students, faculty, alumni, parents, government bodies, and the wider community.
Compliance: Ensure the institute complies with all local, state, and national educational regulations and accreditation standards.
