Key Responsibilities
Business Development & B2B Sales
Source and develop new client accounts across industrial units (MIDC zones), commercial complexes, hospitals, and pharmaceutical plants.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, turnkey civil contractors, and corporate project managers.
Track upcoming commercial and industrial construction projects in the region to pitch HVAC solutions at early project stages.
Technical Estimation & Proposal Preparation
Conduct site surveys and evaluate client HVAC requirements in coordination with the design engineering team.
Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for product ranges including Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Ductable Split Units, and Industrial Ventilation Systems.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with prospective clients to close orders.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Plan and execute targeted localized B2B marketing campaigns, field visits, and industry networking drives.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, vendor meets, and technical seminars.
Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, product positioning, and technological trends.
Project Support & Handover
Coordinate with project execution and engineering teams to ensure accurate handover of commercial terms and scope of work.
Assist in collection of payments, security deposits, and progress billing as per contract terms.
Build long-term relationships to secure annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and post-warranty service agreements.
