Acting as a senior mediator for complex employee relations and grievances.
Driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and wellness programs to boost the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
4. Compensation & Benefits Strategy
Conducting market salary benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive.
Designing Total Rewards packages, including health benefits, mental health support, and flexible work policies.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensuring 100% adherence to local and federal labor laws.
Managing HR budgets and overseeing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to ensure data integrity and security.
