Recruitment and OnboardingTalent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.Offer Management: Prepare, extend, and negotiate job offers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and complete necessary joining formalities (background checks, documentation, system access) to ensure a smooth transition into the company.II. Employee Relations and Performance ManagementEmployee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, benefits, policies, and internal issues.Grievance Handling: Assist in addressing and resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Performance Support: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines, tracking completed reviews, and maintaining performance records.III.
