Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management (HR)
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Handle new employee onboarding documentation, background checks, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Records & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical files).
Manage employee leaves, attendance tracking, and generate related reports.
Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Gather and submit monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime) to the finance department.
Assist employees with queries regarding benefits, statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI/health insurance), and salary.
Performance & Exit Management:
Coordinate the performance appraisal process documentation and timelines.
Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and handling full and final settlements.

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
