Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team in Dharashiv. The Sr. HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, local consultants, campus placements, internal referrals) to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company and completion of all necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work culture.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as per company policy and labor laws.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in HR software/systems.
Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely submission for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws, including but not limited to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Factories Act, etc.
Assist in preparing and submitting statutory reports as required.
Handle employee separation processes, including full & final settlement calculations and exit interviews.
Performance Management & Training Support:
Assist in implementing and monitoring performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and maintain training records.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Collaborate closely with the Finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing by providing necessary HR inputs.
Assist in managing employee benefits administration.
HR Policy Implementation:
Communicate and explain HR policies and procedures to employees.
Suggest improvements to HR policies based on feedback and evolving legal requirements.

Experience 2 - 7 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
