Guest & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Communication: Answer and screen all incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the correct staff member. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Security & Records: Maintain office security by monitoring visitor access and keeping accurate logs of all visitors.
