Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field) / Field Marketing Executive / Marketing Representative / Brand Promoter / Ground Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing / Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Area Sales & Marketing Manager / Team Leader
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This is a primary field-based role requiring extensive daily travel within Nashik city, Nashik district, and potentially nearby areas).
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly proactive Marketing Executive (Field) to execute our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence in the Nashik market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting on-the-ground marketing activities, organizing promotional events, engaging directly with potential customers, generating leads, and gathering market intelligence. This role is crucial for increasing brand visibility, driving customer footfall/engagement, and supporting sales efforts through direct field initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Activities:
Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned territories (e.g., residential areas, commercial hubs, retail points, public events).
Organize and participate in on-ground promotional events, roadshows, mall activations, society meetings, or trade fairs.
Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, samples) and ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:
Directly interact with potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and answer queries.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team through effective engagement and data collection.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to groups or individuals in the field.
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
Promote brand visibility and recall through direct customer interaction and strategic placement of marketing materials.
Educate target audience about company values, unique selling propositions (USPs), and brand story.
Market Intelligence & Feedback:
Gather valuable insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences from the field.
Collect customer feedback regarding products, services, and marketing initiatives.
Report market intelligence and customer insights to the Marketing Manager to inform future strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of daily field activities, lead generation, event participation, and expenses.
Prepare and submit regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and market observations.
Utilize CRM or reporting tools to input data and track progress.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives.
Collaborate with the central marketing team for creative inputs and campaign material.
