Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Vendor Coordination & Dispatch Follow-Up
Visit local vendor factories, workshops, and suppliers regularly to verify production status and ensure raw materials are ready for pickup.
Coordinate with local transporters to arrange vehicles, supervise the loading/unloading of goods, and ensure materials are securely packed.
Physically verify incoming or outgoing consignments against invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists to avoid count discrepancies.
2. Statutory Paperwork & Document Collection
Collect and submit critical physical documents like E-way bills, tax invoices, purchase orders, and Quality Inspection reports from suppliers.
Coordinate with plant entry gates, weight bridge operators, and stores departments to clear vehicle entry paperwork without delays.
3. Real-Time Field Reporting
Provide immediate updates to the backend procurement or dispatch teams regarding material delays, transit damages, or vehicle breakdown details.
Submit accurate daily logs of site visits, kilometers traveled, and delivery statuses using WhatsApp, mobile tracking apps, or Excel sheets.
