- Manage executive's calendar: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the executive to ensure efficient time management.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations: Help in gathering data, creating slides, and organizing information to support the executive in presenting key information effectively.
- Organize travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth business trips for the executive.
- Handle communication: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Excellent organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a busy schedule, and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
2. Strong communication skills: Clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
3. Proficient in MS Office: Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to assist in report creation and data management.
4. Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to details in tasks like making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and managing the calendar accurately.
5. Proactive and adaptable: Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to handle unexpected situations and varying priorities effectively.
