Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our [Specify Executive's Title - e.g., CEO, Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team]. The ideal candidate will be a highly dependable professional with exceptional communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Process expense reports and manage invoices as needed.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls), responding independently when appropriate and forwarding others with necessary context.
Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the executive.
Travel & Logistics:
Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries and logistics, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa applications (if required).
Prepare detailed travel packets and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, setting up meeting rooms (physical and virtual), preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
Project & Task Management:
Assist with special projects, research tasks, and presentations as assigned by the executive.
Monitor project progress and deadlines, proactively reminding the executive of upcoming tasks.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and summaries.
Office Management (as needed):
Assist with general office management tasks, ensuring the executive's workspace is organized and efficient.
Order office supplies and manage inventory related to the executive's needs.

Experience 2 - 5 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
Industry Front Office / Reception / Computer Operator / Assistant
Qualification B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, Other Bachelor Degree
