Analyze test results to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend design modifications or equipment repairs to engineers.
Maintenance and Repair:
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning electrical systems, electronic components, and circuitry.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend service life.
Replace faulty components, perform soldering, and adjust parts to correct problems.
Documentation and Collaboration:
Read, interpret, and utilize complex technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and engineering instructions.
Document all work performed, including repairs, maintenance activities, modifications, and system performance data, maintaining detailed service records.
Collaborate with electrical/electronics engineers and other technical staff to support design, development, and improvement projects.
Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and sometimes instruction manuals for end-users.
