Route Planning: Utilize company-provided apps or GPS to navigate the most efficient and time-saving routes.
Timely Delivery: Ensure all packages are delivered within the scheduled time windows and meet expected service levels.
Customer Interaction: Professionally and courteously interact with customers upon delivery, providing a positive and friendly experience.
Proof of Delivery (POD): Obtain electronic or physical proof of delivery (e.g., customer signature, photo proof, scanning ID) as required by company policy.
Cash/Payment Handling: Collect cash payments from customers for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders and accurately process digital payments where applicable.
