Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Maintain helpdesk tickets and document resolutions in accordance with IT procedures.
Assist with network troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, and remote user support.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
