Responsibilities:

Engineering Calculations and Analysis: Perform necessary engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses (e.g., stress analysis, thermal analysis) to validate designs and ensure performance.
Material Selection: Select appropriate materials based on design requirements, performance criteria, and cost considerations.
Design Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize designs for improved performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
Prototyping and Testing Support: Collaborate with the manufacturing and testing teams during the prototyping and testing phases, providing design modifications and support as needed.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and test reports.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers from other disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, quality, production), as well as project managers and suppliers, to ensure seamless product development.
Adherence to Standards: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve design-related issues that may arise during development or production.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and software to enhance design capabilities and efficiency.
