2. Required Skills & Qualifications
Typing Proficiency: A minimum speed of 40€“50 Words Per Minute (WPM) with high accuracy is standard.
Attention to Detail: The ability to spot even minor discrepancies in large datasets.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of CRM/ERP software.
Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of data privacy laws (like GDPR or local data protection acts).
