Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma / Bachelor��s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 1 - 3 years in technical support, field service, or customer care roles (freshers with strong technical aptitude may be considered).
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on technical troubleshooting capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and travel to client locations when required.
