Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, or other CNC machines as assigned.
Set up machines, load materials, and prepare tools for production runs.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor machine settings.
Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or production deviations.
Maintain production records and complete job-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S practices.
Work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
