Key Responsibilities
Outbound Dialing: Initiating a high volume of calls daily to prospective customers from a provided database.
Lead Qualification: Asking strategic questions to determine if a prospect has the budget, authority, and need for the product/service.
Script Adherence: Following a professional conversation script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
Appointment Setting: Coordinating with the field sales team or senior consultants to schedule meetings or site visits.
CRM Management: Accurately updating the status of every call (e.g., Interested, Call Back, Not Reachable) in the company database.
Follow-ups: Managing a pipeline of warm leads and ensuring timely follow-up calls to prevent lead leakage.
