Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify competitive advantages and new service/product offerings.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Client Relationship Management:
Initiate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
Act as a primary point of contact for new and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and are deliverable.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, business development progress, and market insights for senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Legal) to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and successful project delivery.
Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, seminars, and B2B events.
Local Market Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of the local business landscape, industry associations, and cultural nuances in Nashik and Maharashtra to build effective relationships and strategies.

Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
