Admission Conversion: Guide students smoothly through the complete enrollment lifecycle-from initial evaluation, documentation, and form submission to final fee processing.Database & MIS Maintenance: Update and maintain precise records of call statuses, student interactions, walk-in pipelines, and payment logs using internal CRM tools or MS Excel.Post-Enrollment Support: Act as a transitional buddy for newly enrolled students, assisting them with orientation dates, study material allocations, and batch schedules to minimize early dropouts.Target Achievement: Work consistently toward meeting individual and team-level enrollment targets in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
