1. Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by providing accurate and timely information to clients
3. Obtain necessary information from clients to resolve billing issues and process payments

5. Meet daily and monthly targets for collections and account resolution
